Team spirit and collaboration are integral parts of CSZ’s corporate culture. Regular summer and Christmas events at our headquarters in Darmstadt as well as at our branch offices encourage personal exchange and strengthen cooperation across locations.
Through the CSZ regulars’ table, held every second Thursday, we promote professional dialogue on a variety of engineering topics. This is complemented by sporting activities such as participation in the BASF company run and other shared events.
Founded in 1983 by Dr.-Ing. Volker Cornelius, Dr.-Ing. Peter Schwarz, and Dr.-Ing. Winfried Zeitler, CSZ continues to operate as an owner-managed company. This structure ensures high-quality planning and consulting services and fosters a strong sense of togetherness within the CSZ Group.
