On request, structural testing can be carried out completely digitally, which saves a considerable amount of time on the construction site. We work on the basis of the German Road and Transportation Research Association (FGSV).

Material technology diagnostics

  • Determination of the existing concrete cover with Hilti Ferroscan PS300
  • Structural analysis of reinforcing bars and estimation of diameters
    for the recalculation of components with Hilti Ferroscan PS300
  • Sampling and laboratory analysis of pollutants (PAH, PCB, asbestos)
  • Measurement of the degree of rusting / cross-sectional weakening of the reinforcement
  • Determination of the chloride content in the concrete incl. laboratory analysis using a drill sample extraction device
  • Testing the surface tensile strength
  • Determination of the carbonation depth
  • Crack monitoring
  • Determination of the concrete compressive strength using a rebound hammer
  • Determination of the layer thickness of paints, varnishes, plastic coatings, galvanizing,
    on magnetic substrates
  • Determination of cross-section thicknesses using an ultrasonic material thickness gauge
