CSZ has restored the centuries-old exterior wall of Bergkirche in Bensheim-Auerbach. The medieval church building from the 13th century was at risk due to significant damages such as outbreaks, washouts of masonry joints, loosening from roots, deformations, and cracks. The urgently needed restoration was essential to preserve the stability of the historical structure and prevent the risk of collapse. In close coordination with monument protection and the Protestant Church, CSZ carefully renovated the supporting walls of Bergkirche. During the masonry restoration, wall areas were reconstructed in line with historical methods and revitalized using modern techniques. The result is a Bergkirche restored to its former glory, preserving not only its historical splendor but also ensuring the safety of the building and the surrounding area.
