CSZ strengthens corporate governance and strategic management

CSZ is systematically expanding its management structure in order to harmonise processes, standards and strategies across the group and to further strengthen cross-functional collaboration.

The aim is to capitalise on synergies, increase efficiency and ensure sustainable growth.

• Niko Kose: Managing Director at CSZ Hamburg, taking responsibility for the group-wide corporate strategy and business development
• Moritz Desch: Managing Director at CSZ Darmstadt, who will in future head the Darmstadt head office and be responsible for the strategic management of the group.

Together, they oversee key areas of the business – from business development and organisation to administration – and drive the strategic development of the CSZ Group. With this expansion of its management structure, CSZ is laying the foundations for efficient, forward-looking growth and strengthening the group’s interconnectedness, synergies and innovative capacity.
