CSZ involved in the construction of the new Lindenberghalle in Bad Friedrichshall
A new beginning with tradition and a future
For almost 70 years, the Lindenberghalle has shaped sporting and social life in Bad Friedrichshall. After decades of intensive use, it was clear that renovation was no longer worthwhile—a new building was the logical step. The replacement building will create a modern venue for sports, education, and socializing that meets the needs of clubs, schools, and the adult education center, while also forming part of the Lindenberg complex with its daycare center and outdoor facilities.
Where the project stands today
The official groundbreaking ceremony took place on July 22, 2025. Following the successful partial demolition of the old hall, the construction kick-off meeting for the shell construction took place on September 2, 2025—an important milestone on the way to the new building. Shell construction work will begin in the coming months, before the hall is expected to go into operation in 2027.
CSZ as structural engineer
We are delighted to be responsible for the structural design for this important municipal project. With efficient structural solutions, we are ensuring that the new hall is stable, flexible in use, and maintainable in the long term – in line with sustainable and future-proof construction methods.
Thank you to all project partners
We would like to thank all project partners for their trust and cooperation. Projects like this show what is possible when architecture, structural engineering, and municipal planning go hand in hand.
“The new Lindenberghalle represents what drives us: sustainable structures that enable sustainable use and a vibrant future.”
