Growth at CSZ comes from within

Moritz Desch has been appointed managing director with sole power of representation at the Darmstadt main branch. This decision is more than just a promotion. It is a clear commitment to nurturing talent from within the company and a testament to the trust that Moritz Desch has built up over the years.

Even towards the end of his Master’s degree in Civil Engineering at TU Darmstadt, it was the work on challenging, demanding projects that drew him to CSZ. The combination of theory and practice that really pushes you has driven him from the very beginning. He has consistently developed this approach ever since and put it into practice in his work at CSZ.

Most recently, as an authorised signatory, he was responsible for the Infrastructure division and oversaw complex projects in Germany. These ranged from challenging refurbishment projects to construction projects that demanded both technical precision and entrepreneurial thinking. CSZ combines national project expertise with the strength of an internationally based team that brings diverse perspectives to their collaborative work.
