The future up close: CSZ at Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences’ Company Mile
On January 20, the CSZ team was live at Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences’ Company Mile – one of the most important networking events in the region for students who want to experience companies up close. Over 350 motivated civil engineering students took the opportunity to get to know CSZ and other companies in person.
Perfect organization and a relaxed atmosphere
A big thank you to Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences! Cake, snacks, and drinks contributed to a relaxed atmosphere. This year, the company fair spanned two floors, creating more space for conversations and personal encounters.
Inspiring conversations with young talents
Our team – Gülcan Subasi (Director), Moritz Desch (Authorized Representative), Julia Saggese, Lukas Külper, and Christoph Schwinn (Project Engineers) – met many curious and open-minded students. The conversations were inspiring, engaging, and full of positive energy. It is always exciting to see how motivated young talents are about their future and enthusiastic about our industry.
Join us now: Working student positions at CSZ
The Company Mile provided the perfect platform to raise CSZ’s profile. Particularly practical: we advertised two working student positions directly on our website – so students can immediately take the next step towards practical experience.
CSZ is also already an official cooperation partner for dual study programs, enabling students to gain direct access to practical work experience.
Conclusion: A complete success
The Company Mile has once again emphasized how important practical experience is for students. For CSZ, it was a day full of exciting conversations, motivated students, and valuable impressions. We are already looking forward to the next event – and to attracting even more young talent to our projects.
