The ‘BelVivo’ is a certified passive house and has 122 rental apartments, 5 stores and a daycare center. The associated two-story underground parking garage provides space for 135 parking spaces.
The ‘BelVerde’ consists of four independent five- to seven-story buildings, which were built to the KfW Efficiency House 55 standard and have a shared underground parking garage with 102 parking spaces. In addition to the 97 condominiums, the ‘BelVerde’ offers space for a commercial row with 3 stores and 2 restaurants.
