Building project


The design of an industrial park for chemical industry comprises buildings, roads and the complete infrastructure. The total size of the industrial area spans approximately 830.000 m².

It includes the production and administrative buildings, industrial roads with a total length of 6,5 km (116.000 m²), railway construction with a total length of 5 km, landscape planning for a biotope with a total area of 16.000 m², parking areas for cars and trucks, total size: 81.000 m², a sewage treatment plant.

The complete engineering services include as well the planning of gas, water and sewage pipes, electrical and telephone installations and the buildings.

Complete planning for buildings, structural design, technical equipment, building physics, infrastructure with roads, all utility lines, railroads and landscaping, supervision of construction and safety on the construction site.
