Building project

The total cost include the new production hall with 2100 m² office space and infrastructure works. The roof of the new hall has a free span of 2 x 32 m in order to provide flexible arrangement of the production lines with respect to future rearrangements and adaptation to new requirements.

A former industrial hall shall be reconstructed for use as a new two level development centre. About 3600 m² laboratory and testing area is located on the first floor. Another 3600 m² area is available for administration and design on the second floor.


New machinery hall:
Prefabricated reinforced concrete structure with wide span steel girders. The offices are integrated into the hall using brickwork structure with flat prefabricated concrete slabs.
Development center:
A new reinforced concrete structure is erected inside the existing hall.
